Upon booking, I will send you a message specifying the time and date of the Reiki session. I ask that you do not drive and/or operate heavy machinery during your session. During your Reiki session, I will tap into any blockages and stagnant energy and revitalize your body's natural flow of energy. Once your session is completed, you will receive your Reiki report containing any imbalances, what needs more work/healing, and anything else I picked up on energetically.
