In this packet I will examine your birth chart and create a wellness packet which will contain:
- themes that need the most focus (ex. Malefic planets in Aries can contribute to a theme of self-doubt/ low self-esteem. In Cancer these planets contribute to a theme of emotional blockage)
- Best forms of therapy ( ex. Mars- Uranus hard aspect will not react well to any self-care method that requires stillness. Transcendental meditation is actually more helpful for y’all)
- Healing gem: videos, books, music albums, etc. that I believe will be helpful and guiding in your healing journey!)
